After a hugely successful Sydney event earlier this year, the Hemp, Health & Innovation Expo (HHI) is heading to Melbourne for the first time.
HHI Melbourne goes down over the first weekend of December – Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3 – at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Dopamine’s publisher Dope Media was an exhibitor at the Sydney event. It was gnarly. Read more about it here.
Featuring the largest ratified hemp crop in the Southern Hemisphere, interactive activities for all ages, an array of over 80 exhibitors from around the globe and the 2017 Australian Cannabis & Hemp Symposium – HHI is Melbourne’s opportunity to taste, touch, feel and experience it all; in a safe, family friendly environment.
With hemp foods officially legal for sale and consumption in Australia from November 12, HHI Melbourne will be one of the first opportunities for Australian’s to taste, sample, purchase and learn how to cook with hemp in some hands on cooking demonstrations.
The event will also feature everything from hemp fabrics, textiles, clothing, bedding, art, beauty products, building materials, health products, natural medicinal products, gardening and hydroponic equipment and more, as well as pictorial walk through of the history of cannabis in Australia, an educational workshop on hemp and more.
Alongside the expo, the hemp and cannabis Symposium will bring to Melbourne the world’s leading doctors, academics, research associates and entrepreneurs as well as celebrities, activists, patients and politicians for presentations, conversations and Q&A sessions around everything medicinal cannabis and industrial hemp.
