Man arrested after whipping out LSD in Melbourne courtroom

Known drug law reform advocate Greg Kasarik was this week arrested after pulling out a vial of LSD during court.

He was facing his second court date, charged with possession for dropping an acid tab on the steps of Victoria’s Parliament House in April last year in protest of the state’s laws.

According to radio show Enpsychedelia (which broadcasts on 3CR), while his case was dismissed, Kasarik’s request to face the Supreme Court was denied, and that’s when he produced a vial of the drug. He was “promptly arrested”.

“I will continue doing this until I get somewhere,” he reportedly told the Magistrate.

Talk about getting stuck in a loop, right?

Kasarik is well known for his antics down in Melbourne. The 15-year army veteran has never shied away from acknowledging his use of acid, and has in fact dropped tabs at the parliament steps five times, according to The Age.
