Will Tregoning, the director of Unharm is speaking at the Centre for Social Research at UNSW on the 30th of August.
The focal point of the event is the new Australian National Drug strategy, described by Unharm as “already past its use-by date”. Will will be discussing the new policy and picking some bones about the archaic nature of drug policy in Australia.
It’s not all slamming the authorities though, using his experience from Unharm, Will intends to explore ways in which community can help reconcile the growing disconnect between the myths surrounding drug use and the realities.
