Do you believe in love at first sight?
I didn’t.
That is until I opened my most recent package of wonder from the dark webs and pulled out one of these nugs.
Look at them shine, look at them shine.
I was smitten immediately.
I did a little jig around my kitchen and jumped online to finalise the transaction.
The strain is called Sour Tangie which is a mix between the notorious Sour Diesel and another strain called Tangie.

This shit is off its head. And I say that because I’m off my head, but in a joyful lucid kind of way. My head is buzzing and my eyelids are heavy but my body is full of energy.
This is a very cerebral high – it’s like there’s a little monkey inside my head tickling all the neurons. I’m listening to some mellow instrumental rock and the notes are washing over me like warm rain. The bass is rolling around in my skull and the licks are dancing through my ears. I feel very much at ease.
The initial hit was very strong and slightly overwhelming. I experienced flight of thought and an acute awareness of my body. There was a slight feeling of paranoia but it subsided very quickly. My mind is still racing but my thoughts are positive and excited.
The taste – very distinct, fruity and sweet with an almost sharp finish. Remnants of the legendary fuel-like aroma and taste of the Sour Diesel seemed to have carried down the genetic line, but they’re balanced out by the fruitiness.
This an incredibly smooth strain. Hats off to Tyrell, the grower, for producing such a fine example of the cannabis flower.
